SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery across, The UK, the US and Canada is 5–15 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, busy periods, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Separate Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
